This is a very good read that will echo what top hoteliers already know about differentiation within the luxury hotel sphere. As demand continues to be strong, so are guests' expectations. One of the key sentences that stood out for me was:


"Luxury hotels must transcend their brands to be all that discerning guests require."


Yes, guests really do want a storyline in a stay; one that they can ultimately make part of their very own story in life.
